General Return Conditions
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
- We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
- This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.
Clothing
- Clothing items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in as new condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Stationery
- Stationery may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and undamaged.
- Beyond 7 days, returns will only be accepted for items with a technical fault and not due to normal wear and tear.
Textbooks
- Textbooks may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in as new condition, with no writing, marks, or damage.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pbhsshop@gmail.com, or come in store to chat.
Faulty or Defective Items
If an item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, you may return it for a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Return Process
- In-store returns: Bring the item and proof of purchase to our shop in Parktown Boys High School.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment where possible.
